Juneau Gastineau Rotary Clubs has partnered with Juneau Douglas High School to start new Interact Club.  Chartered on October 13th, the club has 10-20 members and is still growing. Congratulations to Juneau Gastineau Rotary Interact Club representative Kim Champney and Club President Doug Eckland who worked with D5010 Interact Chair Dan Dawson to get the club chartered.  Congratulations to officers:  President:  Allison Hoy; VP:  Gloria Bixby;  Secretary:  Molly Minick and Treasurer: Eva Sturm.  their first project is helping Juneau Gastineau Rotary provide Gift Bags with gloves, masks, gum, sanitizer, etc. to the homeless at the local shelter called The Glory Hall.  They should do about 75-bags on Christmas Eve.
